Update: September, 2022

The final touches are being completed at Reign. The parking lot just received the final coat of asphalt and all of the numbers have been painted on the parking lot.  The common areas in the building are being finished to get ready for the 1st occupancy on September 19th.

Construction is progressing at Reign. Here are some updated aerial shots of the building.

Construction is progressing well on the interior of the building as we come closer and closer to our first occupancy.

All the windows are now in and work is beginning on the individual units.

We're moving on up! Construction at Reign is moving along and we are now working on the 4th floor. If you purchased a suite facing Gordon St., can you find your suite?

Decor Appointments...

Our Design Consultant is currently meeting with everyone that has purchased at Reign. If you have not heard from your Design Consultant yet, please be patient as our team members will be reaching out to you shortly.

Decor Appointments will take place at our Discovery Centre in Guelph and will occur during business hours, Monday to Friday.

We know it doesn't look like much right now but we're laying the groundwork for what will soon be your new home.

Decor Selections

The selection appointments will begin in Late Spring 2021. When the time comes, you will be contacted by a member of our décor team to arrange a time that works best for you. You will receive a link in advance to view the available selections before your appointment. This is the best part of the whole process so enjoy!

Welcome to 2021! We know that this is going to be a very busy year at Reign. We are very excited that you have chosen to be a part of the Reign Family.
We're very excited to start construction at Reign. At this time, we are expecting to start construction in  2021. Keep an eye out for updated pictures throughout the construction process.

Decor Selections

The most popular question has got to be "when will my decor appointment take place?" This is definitely one of the best part of the whole process and it's your opportunity to make your home unique, so have fun! The selection appointments will likely begin in Spring/ Summer 2021. You will be contacted by a member of our decor team to set up a time that works best for you.
