Becky - I have been with Reid's Heritage Homes since June, 2011 and have worked in various departments before becoming the Customer Experience Manager.Elaine - I have been working with Reid's Heritage Homes since August of 2022.

For every customer of Reid’s Heritage Homes, After Hours service is provided by the New Home Warranty Care Department and applicable service trades. For an after hours emergency, please call 519.658.6656 ext. 305
An Emergency consists of the following:
- a complete loss of heat between September 15th to May 15th
- a gas leak;
- a complete loss of electricity
- a complete loss of water
