  • Ron McMillan | PRESIDENT #1 Ron McMillan | PRESIDENT

    BACKGROUND

    With over thirty years of experience in residential home construction, Ron has held various senior executive positions at several prominent home builders in Ontario. Bringing a wealth of expertise to his current position as President, Ron has been leading the Residential Team at Reid's Heritage Homes since 2019. Having managed the design, sale and construction of thousands of low rise homes and condominiums, Ron's areas of expertise include managing and mentoring direct employees, tendering and awarding construction contracts, land acquisition and senior level strategic planning.

    TRAINING & EXPERTISE

    With a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration combined with years of experience, Ron's passions include: Contract negotiation, tendering and awarding process, Budget planning and analysis, Leadership and Team development, Strategic thinking and Foresight.

  • Eric Costa | VICE PRESIDENT, LOW RISE & MID RISE CONSTRUCTION Eric Costa | VICE PRESIDENT, MID/ HIGH RISE CONSTRUCTION

    BACKGROUND

    With over 20 years experience in the construction industry, Eric is a valuable leader in construction, estimating and project development. Having experience in estimating, pre-construction and project management, Eric offers the best value to our clients when developing their project plan, estimates and budgets, the essential information that ultimately determines the financial viability of projects. Eric is a team player who prides himself on providing a top-level experience in leadership and to both internal and external customers.

    TRAINING AND EXPERTISE

    Eric is a graduate of Conestoga College’s Construction Engineering Technology program with multiple additional certifications such as construction law. Eric has worked in many areas of the industry and brings well-rounded experience from exposure to many areas such as estimating, pre-construction, and project management and leadership.

  • Tara Ballantyne | VICE PRESIDENT, CONSTRUCTION Tara Ballantyne | VICE PRESIDENT, LOW RISE CONSTRUCTION

    BACKGROUND

    With over 2 decades of extensive experience and proven industry knowledge, Tara is an expert in Design, Construction, Estimating, Procurement and Safety with a innate talent for building strong partnerships based on mutual respect and collaboration. Her passion for people and new home construction have amounted to tremendous strength in leading a strong team of construction professionals, delivering a best in class product to our customers while maintaining focus on our customer centric business model. Tara has been responsible for the design and execution of dozens of homes and communities throughout her career and applies her extensive knowledge and experience through all aspects of her role. 

    TRAINING & EXPERTISE

    Tara has extensive training in Construction, Building Science and solution-oriented design as well as an expertise in building partnerships. Her innate passion for people and new home construction is why she makes each of her decisions with the customer and her team at the forefront.

  • Kevin Fergin P. Eng. | VICE PRESIDENT, DEVELOPMENT #1 Kevin Fergin P. Eng. | VICE PRESIDENT, DEVELOPMENT

    BACKGROUND

    With over twenty years of experience in land development engineering, Kevin helped establish the planning, landscape and survey practice as Vice-President & Regional Business Leader at Stantec Consulting Ltd. in Waterloo Region. Kevin oversaw a team of over 200 + professional practitioners and technical staff and managed an annual budget of $50m+ across Ontario & Atlantic Canada. Kevin has held several positions with the Waterloo Regional Home Builders association and served as President from 2016-2018.

  • Jennifer Muller | DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE #1 Jennifer Muller | VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES, MARKETING & CULTURE

    BACKGROUND

    With over 15 years experience in New Home Residential Sales, Marketing and Construction, Jennifer has managed the Sales and Marketing division of Reid's Heritage Homes since 2019. Responsible for the strategic planning and development of dozens of new home communities in southwestern Ontario including the conceptualization, feasibility analysis and implementation of various sales and marketing strategies for new home community development and launches. Her experience began with selling over 100 million dollars worth of real estate and has evolved into a proven track record of success in marketing and selling new home developments totaling now to over half a billion dollars in revenue. In addition to her strengths in development strategic planning, marketing execution and facilitating sales, Jennifer’s true passion is people. She is the architect behind our best practices and industry leading Customer Experience Team and customer focused business model.   Jennifer is focused on ensuring our team is equipped to tackle both our future and current challenges as an organization. She ensures our team members feel connected,  heard and engaged through all culture initiatives, aiming to facilitate a culture of community and support within the walls of our organization and ensuring that sense of community and support is extended to include our customers.

    TRAINING & EXPERTISE

    With a B. Comm in Real Estate and Housing Finance, Jennifer is passionate about land acquisition, strategic marketing campaigns and real estate development. Jennifer is responsible for forecasting and long term planning along with managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the sales, marketing, customer experience, warranty and culture teams. She excels in communication, strong leadership, customer experience and critical thinking.

  • Tim Exner | SENIOR DIRECTOR, REAL ESTATE & ACQUISITIONS #1 Tim Exner | VICE PRESIDENT, ACQUISITIONS AND DEVELOPMENT PARTNERSHIPS

    BACKGROUND

    Tim has 25 years of expertise in Real Estate Acquisitions. His experience in both the Canadian and U.S. Markets cultivated a strong understanding of complex land assemblies and creative and technical design processes for new residential development projects. He is responsible for the sourcing, negotiating, concept planning, due diligence and underwriting, investment committee approvals and deal closing and administration. Tim's passion includes site selection and re-development while working closely with clients and partnerships across multifamily, retail, office and light industrial property types.

    TRAINING & EXPERTISE

    With an MBA in Finance/Real Estate, Tim's strengths include identifying value-creation opportunities, real estate negotiation and transactions, financial analysis, real estate development entitlements and development process.

  • Peter Bilitz | SENIOR DIRECTOR, STRATEGY Peter Bilitz | SENIOR DIRECTOR, STRATEGY

    BACKGROUND

    With over 20 years experience in homebuilding and development, Peter has held numerous leadership roles in Accounting, Finance, Risk and currently in Strategy. In his current role Peter and his team is responsible for critically examining new business opportunities to ensure they meet our success metrics.  He is excited to lead the newly formed department of Strategy & Analytics to aid our Team Members by using data to explore new areas of growth,  opportunities for improvement and to identify potential economic risks.

    With many years experience, Peter's training and expertise encompasses Accounting, Project Management, Business Analysis, Hotel Real Estate Investment and Privacy.
