  • Ron McMillan | PRESIDENT #1 Ron McMillan | PRESIDENT

    BACKGROUND

    With over thirty years of experience in residential home construction, Ron has held various senior executive positions at several prominent home builders in Ontario. Bringing a wealth of expertise to his current position as President, Ron has been leading the Residential Team at Reid's Heritage Homes since 2019. Having managed the design, sale and construction of thousands of low rise homes and condominiums, Ron's areas of expertise include managing and mentoring direct employees, tendering and awarding construction contracts, land acquisition and senior level strategic planning.

    TRAINING & EXPERTISE

    With a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration combined with years of experience, Ron's passions include: Contract negotiation, tendering and awarding process, Budget planning and analysis, Leadership and Team development, Strategic thinking and Foresight.

  • Owen Whelan | VICE PRESIDENT, CONSTRUCTION #1 Owen Whelan | VICE PRESIDENT, CONSTRUCTION

    BACKGROUND

    With over thirty years of experience leading and managing key functional areas of construction including business development, project management, estimating, contracts and financial planning, Owen oversees all aspects of construction activities at Reid's Heritage Homes.

    Owen possesses a thorough understanding of all areas of construction, pre-construction, planning and strategic development and is responsible for managing the construction teams and sites across South Western Ontario.

    TRAINING & EXPERTISE

    Owen's areas of expertise include Construction economics and management, risk analysis, performance optimization and project management. He also has vast experience in management roles, with a strong focus on exceptional leadership, mentorship, employee coaching and strategic approaches.

  • Kevin Fergin P. Eng. | VICE PRESIDENT, DEVELOPMENT #1 Kevin Fergin P. Eng. | VICE PRESIDENT, DEVELOPMENT

    BACKGROUND

    With over twenty years of experience in land development engineering, Kevin helped establish the planning, landscape and survey practice as Vice-President & Regional Business Leader at Stantec Consulting Ltd. in Waterloo Region. Kevin oversaw a team of over 200 + professional practitioners and technical staff and managed an annual budget of $50m+ across Ontario & Atlantic Canada. Kevin has held several positions with the Waterloo Regional Home Builders association and served as President from 2016-2018.

  • Jennifer Muller | DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE #1 Jennifer Muller | VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES, MARKETING & CULTURE

    BACKGROUND

    With over 10 years experience in New Home Residential Sales, Marketing and Construction, Jennifer has managed the Sales and Marketing division of Reid's Heritage Homes since 2019. Responsible for the strategic planning and development of dozens of new home communities in southwestern Ontario including the conceptualization and implementation of various sales and marketing strategies for new home community launches. With a sales background and experience with selling over 100 million dollars worth of real estate, Jennifer is responsible for the growth and success of all marketing and sales projects at Reid's Heritage Homes.

    TRAINING & EXPERTISE

    With a B. Comm in Real Estate and Housing Finance, Jennifer is passionate about land acquisition, strategic marketing campaigns and real estate development. Jennifer is responsible for forecasting and long term planning along with managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the sales and marketing teams. She excels in communication, strong leadership, customer experience and critical thinking.

    BACKGROUND

    Tim has 25 years of expertise in Real Estate Acquisitions. His experience in both the Canadian and U.S. Markets cultivated a strong understanding of complex land assemblies and creative and technical design processes for new residential development projects. He is responsible for the sourcing, negotiating, concept planning, due diligence and underwriting, investment committee approvals and deal closing and administration. Tim's passion includes site selection and re-development while working closely with clients and partnerships across multifamily, retail, office and light industrial property types.

    TRAINING & EXPERTISE

    With an MBA in Finance/Real Estate, Tim's strengths include identifying value-creation opportunities, real estate negotiation and transactions, financial analysis, real estate development entitlements and development process.

  • Lloyd Clarke | SENIOR MANAGER, MID-RISE CONSTRUCTION #1 Lloyd Clarke | SENIOR MANAGER, MID-RISE CONSTRUCTION

    BACKGROUND

    Lloyd has over twenty five years experience in construction, successfully managing, overseeing and executing large-scale construction projects. His portfolio includes extensive mid-rise and high-rise condominium buildings upwards of twenty stories, in downtown Toronto.  Through his experience he has become a proven asset in effective leadership, problem solving and strategic decision making.

    TRAINING & EXPERTISE

    Lloyd brings a vast skill set of tendering and contract negotiations, analysis of construction drawings, coordinating trades, consultants, engineers and inspectors, developing scopes of work, value engineering and managing multi-million dollar budgets while always striving for industry best practices.

  • Jonathan Bender | SENIOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER, LOW RISE #1 Jonathan Bender | SENIOR MANAGER, LOW-RISE CONSTRUCTION

    BACKGROUND

    With over 30 years of extensive experience in Residential Construction, Jonathan Bender possesses a thorough understanding of the development process from design, sales, project management, warranty, and project close-out. Jon oversees all Low-Rise construction teams and projects in South-Western Ontario.

    TRAINING AND EXPERTISE

    As a Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.), Jon has project management experience in both Mid-Rise and Low-Rise construction with expertise in project management and supervision, scheduling, employee management, contract negotiations, budgets, estimating, purchasing, and value-added engineering. He is trained in conflict resolution with experience in leadership and team building.
