Update: September, 2022
We are happy to announce that this community is almost complete. We are currently working on finishing the units in Blocks H and J. We hope that everyone that has moved in is enjoying their new home at Brook Village.

Construction is progressing well in Phase 2 of Brook Village as occupancies are now complete in Phase 1.

We're pleased to say we've had our first set of key turnovers earlier this month at Brook Village! Construction is progressing well in Phase 2 and condominium registration of Phase 1 is expected to happen in the near future.

Construction is progressing at Brook Village! Most of the units in Phase 1 are being bricked and we are starting on the interior for some.

Welcome to May and hopefully some nicer weather ahead. April was pretty busy at Brook Village with lots of activity taking place.
What's New?
-Asphalt roadways have been installed throughout the site so now it's easy to see the layout of this development.
-Water and sewer inspections with the city have been passed.
-Footings for Block A are being dug in preparation for foundation walls.
