UPDATE: November, 2023

All homes have now been excavated, and are at various stages of construction, from footings/foundation to final finishing. We have had a busy couple of months, and have handed out more sets of keys since our last update. We are working hard to complete all homes and we are looking forward to welcoming more homeowners to the community!

Our team has been busy at Brockwoods, we are at various stages of construction throughout the community and we’re eager to welcome some new homeowners in the coming months.

UPDATE: January, 2023

Quite a bit has happened at Brockwoods since our last update, for the Townhomes, we are working on the interiors for 2 of the blocks. The detached homes continue to progress as well with 6 framed and 2 currently in the framing stage.

Construction continues to progress at Brockwoods.

Construction on the remaining homes in Phase 1 is almost complete! In Phase 2, construction has begun on the first 3 blocks of townhomes as well as a few detached homes.

UPDATE: April, 2022

Construction is coming along on the detached homes in Brockwoods. We’ve recently had our first closing and we have finished framing the remaining homes that are currently under construction.

You may be wondering when you will have your decor appointment. This is a very exciting appointment that many people look forward to.  This is your chance to personalize your new home. The decor appointments will be starting in the fall of 2021. You will be contacted by a member for our decor team to set up a time that works best for you.

Decor appointments will take place during business hours, Monday - Friday at our Discovery Centre in Guelph.
