We had the opportunity to interview Shawn Lambkin, our Director of Architectural Services on what he likes most about the Brockwoods floorplans. This is what he shared with us.

1. What inspired Brockwoods Bungalows Floorplans?

All of the bungalow models feature designs focused on the function and flow for daily living and comfort. All models also feature a double-car garage and a main floor laundry room for convenience.

2. What are some of the benefits of the open concept main living space?

All models feature an open concept kitchen, dining area and great room, which provide a cozy, open space for spending more time with family and entertaining. There is also a second bedroom that can be easily transformed into a home office. 

3. Does every home have a basement?

Yes, the large basement area offers an array of opportunities. You can use this space for extra storage if you are downsizing but still have items  you are not ready to part with. This is also a great space for a home theatre, entertainment room or home gym. Alternately, you can add in a bedroom or sofa bed for guests.
