How long have you worked at Reid's Heritage Homes?
Becky - I have been with Reid's Heritage Homes since June, 2011 and have worked in various departments before becoming the Customer Experience Manager.Elaine - I have been working with Reid's Heritage Homes since August of 2022.

What is your favourite part of the work day?
Becky - Hmmmm - it's so hard to choose. I love every part of my workday, but there's nothing like handing the keys over to someone once their house has closed.Elaine - I really enjoy coming in to work, it's a positive, fun and supportive work environment.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
Becky - I would love to go to Fiji! I am a beach person, and I could look out at the water all day.Elaine - I would travel to Egypt; it has always been on my wish list. There is so much history and culture there.

What is the farthest you've ever been from home?
Becky - Nairobi, Kenya. I spent 3 weeks helping in an orphanage. I absolutely loved it!Elaine - The furthest I have travelled is to Hong Kong.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Becky - I wanted to be a teacher. I loved (and still love) spending time with little ones.Elaine - I always wanted to be a lawyer when I was growing up.

Do you have any fur babies at home?
Becky - I have a guinea pig named Lulu.Elaine - I have one fur baby, a chubby Pug named Oliver.

What is the most played song on your playlist?
Becky - "Build Me Up Buttercup" by the FoundationsElaine - I would have to say anything by Oasis or Arctic Monkeys.

Would you rather have your dishes or laundry magically cleaned?
Becky - Definitely clothes but that has to include folding them as well!Elaine - Without a doubt laundry ... As long as that includes folding and putting it away.

What is your favourite junk food?
Becky - That's a tough one. I love chocolate but also sweet things like gummy worms.Elaine - My biggest weakness is pie... apple or cherry are my favourite!

Becky has over 20 years of experience in the customer service industry, beginning her journey in the construction sector in 2004. She joined Reid’s Heritage Homes in 2011 and has since contributed to multiple departments, including sales, building permit applications, homeowner design consultations, and the warranty department. Her passion for supporting homeowners during what can be an exciting, yet overwhelming process led her to become the Customer Experience Manager in 2018. In this role, Becky enjoys gathering feedback from homeowners to enhance their experience and reduce stress.
In 2024, she advanced to the position of Director of Customer Experience and Warranty Care, furthering her commitment to improving the customer experience journey.

With over 20 years of experience in customer service, Elaine is dedicated to delivering exceptional support and fostering positive relationships with our homeowners.
For the past 2.5 years, Elaine joined the team at Reid’s Heritage Homes, where she focuses on providing personalized, one-on-one service, to ensure that each homeowner has a memorable and lasting customer experience.

After Hours
Services
For every customer of Reid’s Heritage Homes, After Hours service is provided by the New Home Warranty Care Department and applicable service trades. For an after hours emergency, please call 519.658.6656 ext. 305
An emergency consists of the following items:
- complete loss of heat between September 15 and May 15;
- a gas leak;
- complete loss of electricity;
- complete loss of water;
