This year, as we celebrated the tournament's 25th anniversary, our community achieved something truly extraordinary.

Together, We Raised $160,000 for Make-A-Wish Canada

A remarkable milestone. A powerful impact. And one that reflects the spirit of the man who inspired it all.

At the 25th Annual Orin Reid Memorial Golf Tournament, employees, trade partners, suppliers, sponsors, friends, family members and community supporters came together to raise an incredible $160,000 for Make-A-Wish Canada.

For the first time in the tournament's history, Make-A-Wish Canada was our sole charity partner, making this achievement even more meaningful. Every sponsorship, donation, auction bid, volunteer hour and round played contributed to something far greater than a day on the golf course. Together, we created hope for children facing critical illnesses and helped make life-changing wishes possible for families when they need it most.

For many organizations, raising $160,000 would be a defining achievement. For us, it represents something even bigger.

Honouring the Legacy of Orin Reid

When Orin Reid founded Reid's Heritage Homes, he believed success carried a responsibility to give back. He understood that strong communities are built not only through the homes we create, but through the lives we touch along the way.

Following his passing, the Orin Reid Memorial Golf Tournament was established to honour his memory and continue the values he championed: generosity, community, and helping others. Twenty-five years later, those values remain as strong as ever.

What began as a memorial tribute has grown into one of the most meaningful traditions in our company's history, bringing together generations of supporters who share a common goal: making a difference.

Although the day began under rainy skies, the clouds soon gave way to sunshine, creating the perfect backdrop for a memorable milestone celebration at Westmount Golf & Country Club. We are grateful to Westmount for once again hosting this special event and helping make our 25th anniversary tournament one to remember.
