Lots of developments from Poet & Perth over the last year:

Block 1 – Interior rough in stage, with plumbing completed and HVAC started. Exterior brick completed with siding to begin shortly.

Block 2 – Interior taping finishing, with exterior brick completed and siding almost completed.

Block 3 – Interior drywall underway, with exterior brick completed and siding just beginning.

Block 4 – Interior rough ins completed and insulation to begin soon. Exterior brick has been completed and siding will begin soon.

Block 5 – Interior cabinets being installed this week. Exterior brick and siding completed, with exterior railings to be installed shortly.

Block 14 – At the framing stage, with trusses to be set by end of week.

Block 15 – At the framing stage, with prefabbed walls to be set in place soon.

Block 18 – Interior rough in stage underway. HVAC and plumbing completed with electrical now underway. Exterior brick underway and to be completed soon.

Block 19 – Finishing stage with interior carpet and final paint to be completed. Exterior brick and siding also completed. Rear decks to be installed next week.

Block 20 – Interior rough in stage, with plumbing started with HVAC and electrical to follow.
