Construction is progressing at Modal at Main, our newest community of urban townhomes in Cambridge, Ontario.

Located in a growing area of the city, Modal at Main is taking shape as construction moves through multiple stages across the community. Our latest site update provides a look at the progress currently underway:

Current Construction Progress

Block A
Drywall preparation is underway, with rough-ins scheduled to begin shortly.

Block B
The homes have moved into the finishing stage, with final painting underway.

Block C
Framing is currently in progress as the homes begin to take shape.

Block D
Roof framing and back framing are underway.

Block E
Roof shingling has been completed, with window and door installation currently in progress.

Block F
Siding installation is underway, with rough-ins completed and drywall work beginning.

Block G
Interior finishing is progressing, including taping, flooring, trim installation, and painting.
