We are receiving building permits for the first 4 buildings and have broken ground! The first block (B) has the foundation wall poured and we have begun working on the underground services. We expect to begin the second block (G) after the holidays.

We’re excited to share that our Modal at Main site is currently undergoing essential site servicing. This foundational work is scheduled for completion by mid to late November.
