Work on Block E at The Grove has begun! Foundation is complete for all three units.

Construction continues to progress at Cobble Beach in The Hollows, Blue Bay Villas and The Singles.

Construction continues to progress at Cobble Beach, the final condominium townhomes at The Hollows Block 17 occupied last month, and both Blocks 11 and 17 at The Hollows are now registered!

We have been making progress at Cobble Beach since our last update. Homeowners of two units at our Townhome Block 17 at the Hollows have received their keys and the remaining units will be occupied by the end of December.
For the detached homes, there are four homes currently in the foundation stage with more homes ready to begin framing

Construction is continuing on Block 17 at The Hollows and we currently have 17 houses at the singles that are under construction.
