update: April, 2026
Argyle Village construction update: The team has been busy across all blocks.
- Block A: Framing is finishing up.
- Block B: Shingling is complete and ready to begin rough-ins.
- Block C: Basement concrete is poured and ready to start rough-ins.
- Block D: Currently in rough-in stages.
- Block E: Drywall is almost complete; finishes have started.
- Block F: Two model homes are in the finishing stages; siding is being worked on and the Design team is in the staging process.
- Upcoming milestone: Two model homes will open in Summer 2026.
- Landscaping timeline: Landscaping for Block F will be underway in May, welcoming visitors this summer.

We are full steam ahead in all blocks at Argyle Village:
- Block E & F: Mechanical, insulation and drywall trades are underway.
- Block D: Framing is working on the top floor. Expect to have the roof completed by the holiday break!
- Block C: Foundation, underground services, precast landings and stairs complete! Framing has begun with the foundation being capped for the holiday break!
- Block B: Foundation and underground services complete. Precast landings and stairs are now installed!
- Block A: Foundation poured and underground services are underway.

Here are the latest developments from Argyle Village:
- Block D, E and F: all footings completed
- Block F: all foundation walls are completed, underground plumbing and conduit are completed and outside water collection system is currently being worked on
- All porches are being poured with concrete the week of September 22
- Block E: half the lower walls were poured the week of September 15

Site servicing has begun! Installation of underground services (water, sanitary, storm) to be completed between now and April!
