The Customer Experience Team got our first look inside at Piper’s Grove and we’re really excited to share a few pictures with you! Seeing a project through from inception to completion is so satisfying and things are coming along nicely at 88 Gibson Street. The exterior of the building is going from green to blue as we seal it up water-tight, and if you look closely, you can even see some brick being installed. We took a tour of our mock-up suite and the first thing we noticed was how bright the unit was with all the light coming through the extra-large windows. The finishing touches are going into this unit as I type this update! The rest of the units in the building are all framed out and are in various stages of the construction process, but it’s easy to see the floorplan for each unit now. We also took the opportunity to step out onto some 5th floor balconies to take in the great views from the top and they didn’t disappoint. It was a flurry of activity with multiple trades working inside and outside, all while practicing safe distancing, and I hope they know how much we appreciate them and their work during these challenging times. Update: December 2020
As we come to the end of 2020 and wind down this unprecedented year, we thought you'd like an update on the progress at Piper's Grove and give you something you can look forward to in 2021.
We're moving on up! Since our last update, this building now has a 3rd story which means we're half way there. Our goal is to have the roof on by mid February, weather permitting. Over the next few months we will be working on the exterior shell so that the interior finishes can begin. Thank you to our construction crew who continues to work through everything mother nature throws their way.
Decor Selections
The most popular question has got to be "when will my decor appointment take place?" This is definitely the best part of the whole process and it's your opportunity to make your home unique so have fun! The selection appointments will begin in the new year. You will be contacted by a member of our decor team to set up a time that works best for you.
