If you have had the chance to see the Alice Block community lately, you'll know that this is one busy site! All of the blocks of townhouses have now been framed!
To help make your closing run smoothly, please provide us with the following information:
- Name and contact information of your lawyer
- If you will be living in your townhouse or renting it out
Occupancy dates for Alice Block start in September, which is quickly approaching. At this time, we are expecting registration to take place in the fall of 2021. Once registration takes place, your lawyer will be given your closing date. There is a chance that your occupancy date could also be your closing date. Update: March 2021
There has been a flurry of activity at Alice Block over the past few months and it's just going to get busier. If you haven't had the opportunity to drive by recently, we have added some pictures for you to see.
At this time, almost all of the foundations have been poured! Now, we're moving on up. Framing is taking place on the blocks that have foundations in and rough-ins are even starting!! This vacant land is quickly becoming a place to call home!

Update: December 2020
It was a busy fall and we're happy to report that site servicing is complete and curbing along the roadways is in so the Alice Block community is really starting to take shape.
What's Next? The foundations are under way for Blocks E, F & G (Units 27 - 44) backing Huron Street. We will continue with foundations and begin construction in February. So, by early spring, there will be a lot of activity at this site.
Decor Selections
The most popular question has got to be "when will my decor appointment take place?" This is definitely the best part of the whole process and it's your opportunity to make your home unique so have fun! The selection appointments have begun and will continue into January so if you haven't already, you will be contacted by a member of our decor team to set up a time that works best for you.
