Design Studio, where a Custom Home Sales Consultant walks you through the unique and personalized four-step process of building your luxury estate home. Once you have chosen a home site, you will then meet with their professional Design Team and start the exciting journey of customizing your dream home.

The first step involves one-on-one meetings with each member of the Design Team - the Architect, Interior Designers, and the Landscape Architect. Each consultation will focus on your priorities, wants, and needs. The second step begins with the design professionals creating a series of sketches that reflect the ideas and input gathered from the initial meeting. Giving you everything you need to visualize what your dream home will look and feel like, the second step ends only when you’ve approved of the vision. The Design Team will then finalize the plans and will personally oversee the execution of the drawings.

These acclaimed design professionals are amongst the finest and most innovative minds in the industry who will encourage you to be as involved in the process as you wish.
