Reid's Heritage Homes has a dedicated Customer Care Department that is available to assist you with any problems or concerns you may have. Your satisfaction is very important to us, however before contacting Customer Care we ask that you review your New Homeowners Information Manual carefully as it contains helpful information.
Service is provided by the Customer Care Department and applicable service trades. Our Customer Care Department is available during normal business hours:
Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
