Reid's Heritage Homes has a dedicated Customer Experience Department that is available to assist you with any problems or concerns you may have. Your satisfaction is very important to us, however before contacting Customer Experience we ask that you review your New Homeowners Information Manual carefully as it contains helpful information.
Service is provided by the Customer Experience Department and applicable service trades. Our Customer Experience Department is available during normal business hours:
Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
