Nestled on the southern shore of Georgian Bay and at the foot of Ontario's highest ski hill, Blue Mountain, Collingwood is one of Ontario's premier recreation destinations. With a population of about 21,000, homeowners benefit from year-round access to some of the best recreational activities and resorts in Ontario including the Blue Mountain Ski Resort and the Cranberry Golf Resort.

Collingwood is an important economic and professional centre between Barrie and Owen Sound and is well equipped to meet the needs of residents and visitors alike. The community is intersected by Highways #124 and #26, both of which connect to Highway 400, 427 and 407. The Collingwood Municipal Airport has a port of entry status and the services of Canada Customs and is equipped with a 5,000 foot jet capable, paved runway.

Georgian Meadows offers a prime in-town location, close to all amenities, yet is set at the edge of the countryside. Georgian Meadows features walking, biking and snowmobile trails and is close to several golf courses in the area, including the Blue Mountain Golf Club, which is only 5 minutes away.  As well, residents can enjoy convenient access to beautiful Wasaga Beach, which is only 15 minutes away.
